From practicing gastroenterology to scaling the world's largest health IT platforms, our leaders bring decades of experience — and several have grown with Provation for 20 years or more.
Ankush Kaul
Ankush leads Provation with more than 12 years of leadership across Fortive operating companies and a record of delivering on financial objectives while building organizational capability and engagement.
Before Provation, he served as President of Censis, a surgical asset management provider, and President of Setra, a leader in sensing technology. Earlier, he was General Manager of Dover Motion and held management roles at Tektronix. Ankush holds bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering and an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business.
Tom Monteleone
Tom is a CPA with nearly two decades of experience across strategic finance — accounting, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate development.
Before joining Provation in 2018, he was CFO of ANCILE Solutions, a SaaS provider serving 4,600 customers worldwide, and held senior finance roles across healthcare, financial services, and technology-enabled services. He began his career with Ernst & Young and earned an MBA in finance and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Loyola University Maryland.
Marcie Dewalt
Marcie joined Provation in 2022 after a 20-year career at Medtronic, where she partnered with leaders across legal and compliance, sales and marketing, finance, R&D, customer care, operations, and global health.
She brings deep talent expertise in organizational design, change leadership, executive succession planning, and colleague engagement — capabilities that support Provation's continued growth within Fortive. Marcie earned her BBA and MBA from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
Paul Snider
Paul is responsible for technology strategy and execution across Provation's platforms and products, with two decades of experience building and scaling enterprise clinical systems in highly regulated environments.
He previously held executive roles at Cerner, supporting one of the world's largest electronic health record platforms, and served as Vice President of Engineering at Netsmart, leading data, interoperability, medication management, and AI platforms processing billions of transactions each month. Paul holds a B.S. in computer information systems from Missouri State University and an MBA from Webster University.
Brooke Kellerhouse
Brooke leads Provation's anesthesia commercial and product strategy, drawing on more than 20 years of medical device and healthcare technology experience.
She previously led global strategy for BD Pyxis ES, a $1B capital equipment and software portfolio, as Global Product Marketing Director at BD, and held leadership, product marketing, commercial, and engineering roles at Sotera Wireless, CareFusion, Brainlab, Gendex Imaging, and Cardinal Health. Brooke earned a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Iowa.
Lukasz Kowalczyk, M.D.
Dr. Kowalczyk is a nationally recognized gastroenterologist and health technology innovator who ensures Provation's products align with real-world clinical workflows.
A graduate of the Mayo Clinic AI Accelerator and a member of the HIMSS AI Advisory Group, he is widely respected for his thought leadership in responsible, scalable AI adoption and developed the Clinical Enterprise Value Stack (CEVS) framework to help organizations achieve measurable clinical and financial ROI.
Linda Buan
Linda has spent more than 25 years in healthcare IT, including over two decades at Provation, where she led the global team that developed and launched Provation® Apex.
She has served as Provation's Chief Technology Officer and led product development, product management, IT, quality assurance, and medical content teams across a multi-product portfolio. Before Provation, Linda was a development manager at McKesson. She holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Minnesota.
Eric Kizewski
Eric has dedicated his career to healthcare IT and serving customers. Since joining Provation in 1999, he has led customer-focused service and support teams with steadily growing scope.
Today he is responsible for all post-sale service, support, and customer success, after previously leading technical implementation, information technology, and security. Eric earned a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and a master's degree in management from St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
